Check-in from 4pm on day of arrival. Vacate by 10am on day of departure.

A £100 deposit is required before your stay and will be fully refunded if no damage has occurred.

Gas & electricity is pay-as-you-go & can be purchased easily online or at the local shop.

The code to the key safe will be supplied to you before your stay.

If you use the sofa beds, you will need to bring your own bedding. All other linen is supplied.

No smoking or parties.

Pets are welcome with no additional charge but please clear up after them.

Bin day is Monday. Please use the bins in the garden to put excess rubbish in.

Maesteg is 15 minutes away. It’s the nearest town with many amenities, Tesco, Lidl, Asda etc.
